The global HR Center Talent Development & Performance is looking for an Employee Engagement Survey Professional to complement our team in India.
You will join a highly diverse and globally spread team of dedicated L&D and HR professionals with you being the expert for Employee survey system configurations and further platform development.
Project management / co-ordination of core employee engagement survey process.
Coordinate and administer all other corporate employee surveys required.
Support engagement goal-setting, data analysis, and measurement activities.
Create and maintain engagement education and communication materials libraries
Support staff in use of the survey tool
Desired Skills and Experience
The nature of this role means that we require a candidate with specific experience of running employee surveys and project management / coordination.
Human resources and learning & development related experience would also be beneficial.
