JOB DESCRIPTION :
A leader with strong experience of workforce procurement, and vendor management function in IT services and or IT staffing industry.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendor compliance, including monitoring activities, data analysis, reporting, and maintaining vendor documentation, and ensure that vendors meet deliverables with the budget range.
Responsibilities :
Facilitate communication to / from vendors and internal partners, and conducts meetings which include vendors, internal partners, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Ability to partner with delivery, talent acquisition, and Talent Management leadership teams
Lead the vendor selection process; Sourcing of Local, Regional & Global Vendors for 3PS Services in APAC, EMEA, LATAM and USCA
Ensure the target goals for Vendor Management and Corporate Procurement functions align and support strategic initiatives
Ownership of the Vendor Onboarding and Contract Management (SOW, MSA, NDA, Commercial Agreements & similar legal & subcontracting agreements)
Oversee vendor life cycle, including needs assessment, RFPs / RFIs, vendor selection, and contract negotiation, approval, modification, and termination
Identify suitable partners, negotiates with them to secure the best prices for services, and assist business units to ensure vendors fulfill their contractual obligations
Oversees the use of VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results. Provides adequate oversight, training, and leadership to ensure end user community and supplier partnerships reach potential.
Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for vendor management team.
Requirements :
16+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role with extensive experience in workforce management, procurement, and vendor management within IT Service procurement and / or Staffing services industry.
Ability to change up shifts and or work through the night
Strong organizational skills : ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of accounts payable, purchase order, and Vendor Management Systems and tools.
Knowledge of privacy and regulatory requirements applicable to third party contracts and risk management.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and virtual presentation).

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Computer Science
