Skill : Content Writer

Grade : BPO 1 / 2 / 3

Location : Kolkata / Chennai

Ops Content Writer(Experience : 3-6 years)

  • Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal
  • Conduct online research to :
  • Identify the right, authentic sources from which information can be referred to for addressing any topic for targeted responses to business queries
  • Based on the source, develop clear, consistent content on various topics
  • The need is for simple, yet engaging and empathetic content without using jargons
  • Ability to understand and summarize the context from the source and expressing in one's own words
  • Verify / Review content with respect to correctness of information and statistics cited
  • Revise / Edit content, where required
  • Understand client feedback and revise / edit content to meet requirements
  • Understand feedback prioritization to be able to churn out the deliverables as per committed deadlines
  • Review / Edit / Proofread content as and when required
  • Understand and follow the client's verbal identity principles or tone of voice while executing
  • Have knowledge of latest online marketing trends and how they help businesses grow
  • Ability to build on existing knowledge and adapt a continual learning approach
  • Maintain version control of files, ensuring the right deliverable is being exchanged with the client
  • Work in a high-pressure environment with tight timelines
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be the point of contact for the customer to discuss the content-related feedback and approach
  • Liaise with different project and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, understand dependencies, and raise red flags in a timely manner
  • Have proper knowledge of using Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Prepare documentation / presentation on any content-related reporting requirements
  • Identify process improvement areas and implement mechanisms for enhancing client experience
  • Added advantage would be to have a working knowledge of :

  • Using JIRA
  • Content management systems and plagiarism-checking tools
  • The business ecosystem, especially related to small and medium enterprises and their digital capability / improvement areas
