Insight Credit Desktop (CDT) is Credit Suisse's global risk monitoring and reporting system.It enables CRM to manage overall credit risk by rating counterparties and countries, setting appropriate trading limits.

Regional development manager / lead role with strong Java / J2EE and database (Sybase) background to enhance / develop CDT components as per buisness requirement.

Play a key role in ensuring delivery of strategic projects (BCBS, scenarios etc) from offshore centers from vendor partners is on time, within budget and of high quality as per agreed SLAs.

Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues. Develop and implement tools and tracking mechanisms to measure and and monitor delivery progress that provides an early warning system for providers organizations.

Play a key role in building up the necessary SME capability to support the efforts from India

You Offer

Atleast 8 years of total IT experience, with 4 to 6 years track record in delivery of mid to large d programs and results.

Bachelors or Masters degree in a Technical field.

Strong experience in Java / J2EE and database (preferably Sybase)

Strong knowledge of Financial Services. Knowledge and understanding of current cutting-edge practices in software development and good understanding and experience in delivery projects.

Ability to build strong relationships in a multi-cultural environment across all levels within the organization.

Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse, global teams.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive, adapt, focus and lead in a fast-paced environment
