Job Description :
At Machint, we are on a look-out for an inspiring Architect to provide technical leadership across the development life-
cycle and be the forefront of the organisation in-terms of presenting excellent automation (RPA, Appian) solutions to the clients based on their requirements.
Be the part of the Machints mission critical Pre-sales team and take lead in the first discussions with customers.
Study the existing clients processes to check on viability of designing (Feasibility Study) and implementing well fitted solutions.
Take technical ownership and start with creating convincing solution prototypes and actively take part in both high level and low level Designs.
Adapt to a consultative approach on proposing technologies / frameworks and implement solution-oriented methodologies with solid planning.
Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs.
Collaborate with BAs, Project Managers and other staff members.
Provide estimations and demonstrate value-adding aspects of solution to the clients
Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry.
Mentor, educate, and train the Developers on the ground and coach the Team Leads to be effective leaders.
Build and foster a good development environment with best practices and quality standards.
Minimum a Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience and deep level engagement in understanding processes and proposing Automation solutions for global organisations.
Over all around 10 years of experience in leading development teams of BPM (Appian) and / or RPA technologies and last few years in software architecture design.
Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions in a process-oriented organisation.
Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices.
Proven experience in algorithms and technical documentation.
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
Background of training and mentoring team-members.
Excellent communication skills (written / spoken).
Able to well lead the technical discussion with clients and team-members. Well versed in doing simplified explanations of complex matters.
Previous project management experience is a big plus
