Location : HYD Salesforce applications deliver billions of transactions every day. The Salesforce Critical Incident Centre supports our customers at the most critical times when service may be interrupted.
To support the Critical Incident Centre, the Process, Automation and Data team builds tools to automate the services we provide to our customers and the processes that support them.
You will be part of a small Agile team developing user-centric, service and process automations on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
You are passionate about building innovative Salesforce applications and delivering the best user experience with close liaison with the users to understand their needs.
Role Responsibilities : Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers. Work with a small agile team to add functionality to ServiceCloud to automate Incident Command, front-end and back-end, delivering user-friendly intuitive solutions and modern website design.
Deliver high-quality, fully tested, solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment Use the Salesforce clicks not code’ philosophy to implement innovative solutions.
Provide accurate estimates of development efforts for forecasting to meet schedules. Write clear high-quality system documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing. Experience : Bachelor's degree in computer science, design or similar engineering field.
6-8 years post-graduate industry experience. 3-4 years of hands-on development experience in a Salesforce environment. Required Salesforce Certifications : Platform Developer(PD1), PD2 - advantage, Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Certified.
Essential experience / Skills Required : Salesforce : Apex Development (Synchronous and Asynchronous), Apex Triggers, Apex Test Classes.
Lightning Experience - Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura, Lightning Design System (SLDS). Communities / Experience Cloud Visualforce Pages Development.
Hands-on experience buildingwriting Process Builders & Flows. Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP & Bulk API). Custom Objects and fields, Validation rules, Advanced Formulas, Workflow Rules, Email Templates, Reports and Einstein Dashboards.
Integrations - External Objects and Web services. Service Cloud knowledge - Omni Channel and Live Message experience. Hands-on experience in Mobile Dev, Experience Cloud (Communities) and Sites.
Event-driven architecture - Platform Events, Streaming API, Change data capture. Deployments - Metadata API / ANT Migration tool / CLI / Visual Studio code.
Building proof of concept and production-ready solutions. Experience building large-scale applications with a reusable component architecture.
Experience here a distinct advantage : User Experience Designer. Tableau knowledge. Slack API integration / development experience.
Heroku knowledge. Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS ,Node.js Good to have experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular or React JS.
JSON Python OS (Unix / Linux) basics PostgreSQL (or any other Database such as MongoDB) InVision Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts.
