Role Summary :

The main deliverables ofthis position are :

  • RPA Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, (collectively called as RPA) / other SW set-up & run and platform environmentadministration and support for Production, Development and Test environments;
  • RPA Security & Access methodologies delivery and technical integration;Hybrid, Multi cloud and Virtualization Management, AI / ML platform design &architecture and Project Management

    Design,Installation and Operation Support for RPA platforms (Blue Prism / AutomationAnywhere) deployment, post deployment and ongoing support for sprint specificrequirements covering Dev / Test / Prod environments

    RPA BluePrism / Automation Anywhere / IQBoT platform administration & supportincluding upgrades and updates

    RPA SQLserver implementation & DbA support, application db management

    E2E projectmanagement of RPA / AIML platforms

    VMWarevirtualization solution management and administration

    Execute ITChange control and Release management processes for RPA environments

    Coordinationof platform and security activities, required to deliver the scope of services

    Co-ordinationand support of the security and audit requirements as per guidelines and ensurecompliance to security policies

    Document andpublish KB articles for common and known issues to ensure continual improvementin services delivery

    Managementreporting as required from time to time

    Working experience infollowing domains / skills

    RPA BluePrism , Automation Anywhere and IQBoT platform administration

    Azure DevOpsadministration

    OpenStackcloud administration and management

    VMWare / Citrix cloud administration and management

    Databaseadministration & maintenance

    AI / MLplatform solution design & architecture ( Azure, Watson, AWS, Google)

    Chatbotdesign and architecture (Azure / IBM Watson) (good to have)

    WindowsServer / Client administration / certifications

    LAN / WANNetworking & Security administration & certification

    Experience of working withlarge automation design, deployment, complex automation projects, servicedelivery involving multiple organizations, service domains and serviceproviders -

    Proven experience in BluePrism / Automation Anywhere platform administration

    Sound technical knowledgeacross the core supported applications base including MS Office, MS Project,Windows Active Directory, LAN / WAN Networking, Security fundamentals, databaseadministration, Windows Server / Client management skills

    Good understanding andgrasp of e2e RPA lifecycle

    Very good understanding andawareness of the ITIL Problem management process and procedures

    Certifications in MicrosoftAzure cloud technologies / RPA / AI / ML technologies will be a plus

    Experience

    Minimum of 8-10 yearsexperience of working in a large organization IT, Telecom

  • 3 to 4 Years experience in BP and AA Platform Admin
  • 2 to 3 Years experience in Azure DevOps Admin &VMware Citrix cloud admin

    2 to 3 Years experience in SQLServer Administration / Application DB Maintenance
