Service Cloud (RightNow) – Lead Technical Consultant

Role

Lead Consultant is an individual contributor directly involved in customer implementations. As a senior member in the team, you would be responsible for providing inputs to feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable. Lead consultant will also be overall responsible for teams delivery quality on project. Lead consultant would advise PM on the engagement with inputs on any issues faced during implementation.

Responsibilities

-Very strong technical consultant who can Provide Technical Leadership to RightNow Engagements

-Provide Solution for customizations/integration in RightNow

-Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution

-Gather technical requirements within service domain of CRM-CX

-Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels

-Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption

-Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the best practices

-Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution

-Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence

-Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation

-Undertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data, or in dealing with complex situations

-Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements

-Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis

-Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures

-Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done

-Help in recruiting and growing RightNow practice

-Picking new areas/product feature/technology that is applicable in Service Cloud

-

Required Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Application

-5-10 years of work IT experience,

o4+ years in RightNow (latest release)

o4+ years in PHP, HTML, CSS, Shell Scripting

o4+ years in Integration (Batch, Real-time – SOAP, XML, Web Services, etc.)

-Add-In Development using MS Dot.Net will be an advantage

- Knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation/Oracle Knowledge/Social Relationship Management and other CX products would be an advantage

- Should have strong functional skills

- Should have worked on integration between different systems.

-Excellent Client handling skills

-Should have handled atleast one project involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration

-Strong CRM Domain Knowledge, with special focus on Service Domain

-Experience and expertise in Cloud Implementation

-Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Technical documentation

Other Skills:

-Good communication skills

-Ability to thrive in a flexible small project team environment

-Ability to travel and if required be stationed in a particular geography

-Understanding of remote delivery process

-Should be a team player and must have good inter personal skills.
