Digico is a key initiative to provide attractive and competitive products with an excellent customer experience through the development of new IT support systems and innovative features and pricing through Agile development methods.

The person in the role will be responsible for delivering an IT application which will be responsible to support the automated customer order provisioning for confirmed customer orders.

Delivering completely DIGITAL platform to support order provisioning is key for us to deliver high NPS for the business.

Also timely order delivery is also quite key to avoid unnecessary penalty for confirmed customer orders. It’s important that for DIGICO we avoid revenue leakage in terms of penalty to be paid for defaulting on not meeting the customer commitment.

The role will be responsible to stand systems which will be responsible to interface with 40-50 suppliers and over next 5 years the system will manage approx.

10 million transactions with these suppliers per day.

The role is quite critical to deliver, DIGITAL Native’ services for our customer; the role will be a strong driver to adopt automation first strategy for the business.

Given the criticality of the role, the person in the role will be reporting the status to executives within DIGICO. The person in the role needs to periodically report the status of the project.

As a Technical Product Owner Fulfilment in DigiCo, you will be responsible to technically lead the scrum teams responsible to deliver sales business functions like Order tracker, KCI notification, supplier engagement, workforce management etc.

The technical product owner will be responsible to work closely with the business teams and translate their requirements on how the respective scrum team’ address the requirements in the most effective possible way.

The role is accountable for ensuring the business requirements covering the fulfilment function are decomposed into technical user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.

The role is accountable to ensure that the developed solution is accepted on behalf of the business.

The role is responsible to ensure that the business requirements are met with optimum solution i.e. without building tech debt on the COTS products in terms of extensions / customisations.

Person in this role has to work very closely with the Head of Engineering’ and Tech Tribe Lead’ to ensure strategic technology solution is implemented to supporting business requirements.

This role is critical to the platform model of DigiCo by owning the technical squads to deliver the IT solution to cover the respective business requirements.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Responsible for technical solution delivery to underpin the IT solution for business capabilities.

Responsible for owning the technical roadmap for the squads; to ensure that the software solution is up to date.

Responsible for technical thought leadership across the squads to drive continuous improvements.

Responsible to work closely with the preposition teams via the discovery / elaboration stages to understand the business EPICS / Features and be responsible to decompose business EPICS / Features to technical solution stories.

Person in this role is accountable for defining the clear acceptance criteria’s for the user stories.

Responsible to accept the solution delivered for the user story as per the Definition of Done’.

Responsible to coordinate with the business users to review the output from the squad to receive business concurrence of the delivery.

Responsible to drive the adoption of CI / CD tooling across the squad to support scale across SWDLC.

Responsible to define the QA structure / strategy for the squad from code quality, unit test perspective.

Responsible to work with scrum master and teams to arrive at the estimation for the user story pre-PI.

Responsible to help the team solve the dependencies / issues for a user story committed for a release.

Responsible to maintain the automated and efficient release management process.

Responsible for capacity calculation for the squad. These estimate and budget are to be approved along with value stream and Tribe leads.

You'll have the following skills & experience

Be Agile : You use your knowledge of best practice to collaborate with peers across the business in different ways. You should be an expert devops Engineer in your area of development expertise.

Give Specialised Advice : You offer advice and recommendations based on your expertise both proactively and on request.

Technology Experience : Expert across various tools like (preferably Ciena BP MDSO / NFVO) :

o TMFOpem API

o Network facing adapter.

o Agile Collaboration Tools.

o Non Functional testing tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

o Java development Platform.

o Integration patterns.

Experience in leading high performing teams, delivering large projects.

Knowledge and experience of programme management best practices, e.g. governance, templates and deliverables

Experience of building a culture of learning that connects a tool or application to the underlying behavioural and cultural shift needed

Improvement Focus : You question and challenge the way things are done and work with others to make improvements. You build your understanding of the end to end processes to which your own role and the wider team contributes.
