What you will be doing OIC Plan setup and Configuration for regions utilizing OIC Create Rate Dimension Create Rate Table Create Expressions Create Formulas Create Plan Elements Set up Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC tool for new year Set up and Role Plan Mapping Create revenue class hierarchy and rule set Upload Revenue Class Products Product Hierarchy Classify Ruleset Upload Process Update rule set and join conditions Create compensation plans in OIC Create reports User Acceptance UAT for Service Provider initiated activity Regular operational reporting and driving actions This role will be first level support for issues sent to the GEO Comp Leads tracking and operational reporting and tracking acceptance of comp plans specially at beg of year What skills experience and education you need as a team member to succeed At least 6 years in a fast pace environment and working in the tech industry Must have a college degree Familiarity with Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC Tool Experience with Commissions Process Must be able to accomplish tasks and goals in a timely and efficient manner Must have the following Personal skills Solid personal strengths to provide a good foundation for developing project skills For example having selfconfidence can help achieve realistic goals Selfdiscipline keeps us on track Project skills helps to focus primarily on the best way to complete a specific job Relationship skills strong relationship skills are also important Assertiveness helps to insure that all views are heard and considered Conflict resolution skills help prevent small disagreements from becoming major conflicts And being able to successfully interact with people who have very different perspectives makes working together toward a common goal much easier Must know Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multi task and partner with IT Good communication skills
