We currently have a requirement for an Application Systems Analyst with expert knowledge of Agresso to join our team. You will be based in our Bangalore office.

Across our network, we have a growing Digital team of 40 talented IT professionals.

Reporting to the PSA Applications Manager, you will be working on a number of exciting projects. For example, upgrade to MS7 from MS5, integrations with other systems, improvements on reports including Excelerator, dashboards and BI tools.

Roll out of additional modules such as Fixed Assets, Bank Rec.

The role is not solely focussed on financial system administration, you will also focus on the administration of the Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management and other business applications with an emphasis on assuring the correct operation of inter-system interfaces and workflows.

The successful candidate should be competent in the use of report writers, have excellent interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of SQL database technology is essential.

Responsibilities

We feel that in order to be successful in this role, applicants will have the following experience

  • Implemented new systems including migration of data, test scripts, interfaces etc
  • Ability to deliver improvements to the ERP system across a broad range of modules e.g PCB, Planner, Logistics, Fixed Assets, Bank Rec, Workflow, Forms etc
  • Upgraded Agresso to later versions of software and participate in end to end system testing
  • Trained end users on system processes & reports
  • Shared responsibility for support of the key business applications across the group to an agreed service level
  • Shared responsibility for application security, user setup and management
  • Planned and ad hoc report development using reporting tools such as Excelerator & BI Tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues as required and liaise with software providers if necessary
  • Other relevant assignments as required
  • Qualifications

  • Full time Degree in IT or Finance Discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong facilitation, analytical and design skills problem solver
  • Have the ability to prioritize and organise support activities and deliver multiple tasks
  • Personable, confident with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Experience of writing procedural documentation for support / testing and training of applications
