    Job Title : Senior Advisor, Technical Program Manager

    Role Overview

    The technical Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper release life cycle, planning, organizing, prioritizing and assessing work for our scrum teams on Fraud & Risk Intelligent engineering teams in Bangalore.

    The responsibility includes enforcing agile software development process, scheduling releases and coordinating between other cross -functional groups (Professional services, Customer services, Operational team etc.)

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Well familiar and passionate about Scrum, Agile programming, Lean Thinking, SAFe, etc.
  • Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
  • Develop and monitor engineering and cross functional program plans
  • Track project deliverables and facilitate engineering programs and activities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release / Sprint Goals
  • Drive process improvement, lead the Agile methodology transformation
  • Work closely with both, Engineering, Product and Program Management
  • Essential Requirements :

  • 10+ years of overall experience
  • 5 years work experience in technical program management in software product development organizations
  • Deep knowledge of Agile best practices
  • JIRA / Confluence / TFS experience
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Problem Solving and conflict resolution ability
  • Influence without authority
  • Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management
  • Ability to track and remove impediments.
  • Engineering in computer science or similar field
