  • Project Role : Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations.
  • Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.

    Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : The Major Incident Manager / Incidnet manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major incidents Their role and responsibilities are extremely varied and include amongst others : a : Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference callsb : Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed

    Technical Experience : a : Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process among multiple vendors b : Remediate deviation of a process for managed vendorsc : Responsible for communicating with the Incident Process Owner and escalation managersd : Point of contact for all Major Incidents

    Professional Attributes : A : A good verbal and written communication skill to connect and drive major client calls B : Ability operate independently and make effective decision with little direct supervision

    Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time Education
