  • Identify prospects by lead generation on the field like reference from CA, existing customers etc.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales resource to fix appointments for demos
  • Show product / solutions demos by using the appropriate tools & send quotations
  • Identify Business needs of the prospect & show how they can be fulfilled in the product demo
  • Identify customization / training requirements from the new prospect
  • Installation of Tally at new customer site along with basic training
  • Conduct basic product training for new customers
  • Identify module implementation requirement and generate implementation leads
  • Pass any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and / or owner
