The Role

You will be responsible for :

Assessing the profile of the students by selecting Institutions and documents collection from students and agents, as per institution requirements students’ study background.

Making applications to the Canada University & Colleges (If required) and updating the credit card details in the sheet if it is used.

Coordinate with agents on pending documents and process the applications whenever required

Communications with the Institutes through emails and calls to get the offer letter conditional / unconditional for the student.

Receiving the offer letter and forwarding to the concern agents / counselors.

Follow up with the agents / counselors for complete process.

Maintaining the application sheet and keep a track on the applications till visa of the students made via agents for conversion.

Job Type : Full-time Permanent

Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings.

Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.

Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Admin Assistant role.

You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.

You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
