Territory : Focus on the APAC Market
Purpose : To manage all marketing efforts for Pall Laboratory for entire APAC market (excludes China). Responsible for lead generation activates such as conferences, roadshows, seminars, regional product launches, feedback.
Coordinate activates and support with direct sales and distributors.
Degree in Chemistry, Biology - or related physical sciences
5 years or more experience in marketing to or supporting the life science market - involved in consumables or analytical instruments.
Should have good knowledge of Laboratory applications including filtration around Life Sciences Research and Analytical Quality Control.
knowledge of the Biopharmaceutical industry and customer applications
Has marketing or product management experience (MBA preferred).
Good aptitude & knowledge of Digital Marketing, Web marketing tools and practices would be preferred
Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans preferred
Self-driven and achievement motivated.
Fluent in English Language Oral and Written Skills
International Experience would be an asset

Responsible for implementing global marketing strategies, developing and executing Asia strategic and tactical plan, assist in developing support and comparison tools needed to differentiate Pall Lab range of products in Asia with the focus in the biopharmaceutical drug development and academic research markets.
Align to Pall Lab Global Marketing and local country Sales Leaders. Manages all marketing activities for assigned tasks as defined above.
Responsibilities : Major Functions
The APAC Lab Marketing Manager is responsible for :
Understanding the market and establishing value propositions for Pall s Lab products within the Asian life sciences and related markets against competition
Increase visibility into the Asian market addressable by Lab products and develop new marketing channels for reaching them
Effective messaging of Lab products value propositions to generate leads to help achieve AOP in Asia.
Contribute to the Pall Lab global marketing plan development, focusing on the served minimarkets.
Implement global marketing strategies in APAC market to help generate leads through marketing programs, campaigns and promotions
Help create a stronger value proposition for the lab products to ensure larger market share and GM
Liaise with global product managers to help APAC team with necessary product information, tools, value propositions etc
Support Global Marketing on the launch of new products and services to establish Pall as the market leader in the life sciences analytical technologies market.
Provide Feedback and Voice of Customer (VoC) to Global Marketing on New Product needs specific to the Asian Market Needs.
Review major competition ongoing activities and map them with their strategies and market shares in Asia.
Provide business metrics via monthly tracking such as product sales, Mini Market Sales, customer to customer comparison, as well as update customer metrics such as consumable sales and application focus.
Prepare & execute marketing plans for Asia
Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the Asia BU Leader and global marketing.
Ensure all internal and external marketing communications are coordinated with global Marketing
Assist in development of yearly Strategic Global Plan as needed.
Support Regional training, including product technologies, technical market positions and consultative selling.
Support Customer trainings and seminars (channel partner, field sales, field application scientists and customers).
Support the organization and running of regional trade shows, conferences and user meetings. Recruit industrial and academic speakers and promote attendance by scientists in target markets.
Participate in professional societies and industry groups attends technical and market conferences.
Performs other safe, legal, ethical duties essential to achieving the business or operational goals.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
