Should have L1 network troubleshooting skills. Working at NTT Candidate should have 3+ years experience working in NOC,L1 technical support team.
N / W engineer having hands-on experience in troubleshooting N / W related issues. CCNA certification preferred. Hands-on experience on any monitoring tool and ticketing tool.
Hands-on experience in event and incident management. Must be able to work all shifts in a 24 / 7 Client Support work environment with Saturday / Sunday working.
Perform L1 network troubleshooting steps for the customer reported issues. Monitor the ticket queue / reports to ensure tickets never exceed SLA Ensure all emails from clients and respective stake holders are responded within SLA Manage the stakeholder communication on the incident and liaise with second level teams for issue resolution.
Regular ticket reviews and follow ticket handling procedures and timely ticket closures. Immediate Joinee only. This is for Contract Hire.
