As a Manager Internal Technical Infrastructure you will manage the internal helpdesk team and internal infrastructure teams.
You will work on developing the team with a focus on infrastructure, information security, compliance and inventory management.
In collaboration with onshore and offshore Practice Leads, Engineers and Management you design and implement Internal IT Infrastructure service management activities for our global operations.
You build up infrastructure and information security practices based on global industry standards and best practices.
Evaluate on premise, PaaS and Cloud services and applications to support the growth of our business. Implement and rollout the selected products.
Your will be delivering the following services : Event Management, Incident Management, Access Management, Service Requests, Change Request and Security Management.
