  • What you will do;
  • As a Manager Internal Technical Infrastructure you will manage the internal helpdesk team and internal infrastructure teams.

    You will work on developing the team with a focus on infrastructure, information security, compliance and inventory management.

    In collaboration with onshore and offshore Practice Leads, Engineers and Management you design and implement Internal IT Infrastructure service management activities for our global operations.

    You build up infrastructure and information security practices based on global industry standards and best practices.

    Evaluate on premise, PaaS and Cloud services and applications to support the growth of our business. Implement and rollout the selected products.

    Your will be delivering the following services : Event Management, Incident Management, Access Management, Service Requests, Change Request and Security Management.

    What we expect

  • Have 7 or more years overall IT experience.
  • Experience in design, planning and execution of complex IT infrastructure projects.
  • Well versed in information security and data protection standards and practices.
  • Hands on experience in the installation, configuration and administration of security, inventory and ITSM tools in a Linux Environment.
  • Experience in leading a helpdesk or support team.
  • Experience in coaching and people career development.
  • Technical and security awareness management style.
  • Very detail-oriented and thorough work approach as well as strong problem solving skills under various sorts of constraints and time pressure.
  • Pragmatic, results and quality oriented.
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Keen and capable to help build the company for continuous growth.
