Responsibilities :

  • Managing Employee Life Cycle for USA.
  • Employee connect and engagement.
  • Generate various status reports with due consideration on TAT and Quality.
  • Be the first point of contact for all employee queries & grievances for India during night Shift and for all USA employees.
  • Proactively address employee concerns.
  • Ensuring Business compliance and employment guidelines norms.
  • Ensuring 100% closure of HR SLAs.
  • Stakeholder management across the department on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.
  • US vendor management
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Human Resources with about 0 - 2 years' work experience.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well conversant with Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards.
  • Strong HR acumen.
  • Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, self-initiative and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
