  • Work collaboratively with the business to understand, analyze their needs and plan appropriate solutions
  • Identification of organizational & role-specific needs and plan for delivery of training sessions to address requirement
  • Lead Campus to corporate programs for new employees and enable onboarding for employees coming in via alternate channels
  • Design and develop new-age technology CoEs
  • Deploy programs for improving sales effectiveness
  • Plan training programs within defined budgets
  • Track and report program attendance, training scores, feedback and other follow-up requirements
  • Ensure compliance to training policy requirements by maintaining proper records
  • Perform periodic and regular quality assessments to identify compliance issues, concerns, and gaps
  • Measure effectiveness of training initiatives to review alignment of solution to business' imperatives
