Requirements of Work Experience :

Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in managing key clients in a Digital Marketing agency

  • Understanding of Biddable & Non-biddable media, SEO, Analytics, Display & Native Advertising, Social Media Marketing and content marketing.

  • Brief Job Description :

  • Possesses the conceptual skills and knowledge of our business line to provide appropriate / relevant information with clients and co-workers,
  • and respond to requests in a timely, meaningful, fact-based, and constructive manner.

  • Work very closely with clients to further understand and anticipate their needs. This would include new business by way of upselling and cross-selling.
  • Help client / partners grow their businesses by solving strategic, technical and tactical business problems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each target client’s business, operations, and industry trends. Understands the client’s strategic business and technology goals.
  • Develop business opportunities, maintain pipeline of prospects and close deals
  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationship with client managers who would be key decision-makers or influencers in the purchase of professional services.
  • Pursue potential sale, drive for closure and secure the sale

  • You maintain ongoing communication throughout the life of the engagement.
  • Work with the client to clearly define the business problem. Develop a solution framework with services that are responsive to the need.
  • Test for acceptance by the client and obtain interest to pursue formal proposal development. Take the process to closure with a complete service-led sale.

  • Present our organisation’s methodologies, potential implementation approach and high- level project plans to prospect clients at all levels.
  • Jointly present the proposed business solution to prospect clients for acceptance.

  • Drive the Deal Review Process and the Services forecasts for new deals.
  • Supervise the sales administration process to ensure adherence to best practice and see that all service levels are exceeded
  • Ensure your client base has updated information including sales collateral and information on new product solutions and services
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor products for competitor comparison or analysis
  • Develop and implement quarterly Business Plans for clients related to our offerings
