Job Description

Execute manual test cases during Agile sprints / Waterfall model.

Create, update and maintain regression test cases by using test management tools.

Create Test Scenarios based on Client s requirements

Experience using test management tools such as Jira and ALM.

Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats.

Participate in all test activities within a project and provide inputs from QA’s perspective

Identify, log and track defects and report defect status to project management

Propose and document ideas for Manual testing best practices

Design, develop, execute, and maintain Test Automation and setting up

Should have good knowledge on Maven / Gradle build tool

Having strong hands on UI and API test script development

Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team

Should have good knowledge in selenium

Strong in core Java programming concepts and TestNG Annotations

Strong knowledge on Postman and Jira

Strong hands on Jenkins, SVN / GIT, and CICD

Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects.

Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code base and optimize its execution.

Develop new capabilities and features for automated tests

Write clear and reproducible software defect incident reports

Preferably having some exposure to Smarty City domain
