You will be responsible for :
Gathering relevant market data required to generate target market related insights.
Driving this analysis to develop work plans and implementation roadmaps.
Working closely with COO, CTO, CMO and other executive level professionals to chalk a robust plan.
Designing processes to proactively identify business opportunities.
Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
Always staying focussed on business efficiency and profitability.
Managing a team of at least 6 business professionals who can immediately act upon the opportunities identified, conduct research, analyse the results, equip you with insights and help with other ad hoc activities as required.
You have at least 8 years experience in a business facing / strategic role, ideally in fast-growing firms.
You have worked on expansion strategies before and have a good idea of how to best lead one.
You are well aware of the Indian market scenario, especially the internet industry and its working.
Prior work in logistics space would be a strong plus.
You have a strong understanding of the online marketplace concepts and can grasp related functioning real quick.
You have also lead strong performing teams in the past and have the ability to mentor a team of at least 6 business professionals.
You are a driven professional who can work with a single focus on efficiency and profitability.
You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
