Handle software related queries of the existing corporate clients. The incumbent shall have close coordination with customers / users Doing troubleshoot and solving queries Taking customer feedback Customer satisfaction & retention Skills : Good analytical skills with an aptitude for resolving queries Experience in software support / installation / configuration Positive attitude Experience in systems study & providing after sales support services Good communication skill and are active listener Willing to visit customers site within and outside the city,
