Responsibilities :

  • Lead content strategy for all channels.
  • Drive the narrative, evolve the company voice, and manage content production across internal and external resources.
  • Develop the content roadmap and calendar to align with product strategy.
  • Oversee social media channels and lead expansion into international markets.
  • Measure impact across channels and optimize content and channels based on results.
  • Become an expert on our target audience and drive insights on industry and audience trends globally.
  • Support cross-functional teams' ability to utilize our channels to tell our broader narrative.
  • Strategically and creatively think through available digital channels to drive community engagement, awareness, and growth.
  • Required Skills :

  • 6+ years of experience in technology content marketing and developing engaging content across a variety of channel.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communications skill.
  • Ability to develop content and social media marketing vision, roadmap, and measurement plans that align with product strategy and drive revenue, engagement, and awareness with our target audiences.
  • History of success in translating complex technologies and concept in understandable and relatable content for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience with people management, including the ability to coordinate, direct, and provide creative direction to contractors, agencies, and internal resources.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing performance measurement methodologies and metrics, including the ability to create effective KPIs that align with the company's business objective.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and technical subject matter experts.
  • Experience with complex data technologies and marketing to enterprises.
  • Great storyteller who can put people and customers at the center of B2B marketing content in a relatable and engaging way.
  • History of working closely with executives and a deep business understanding.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
