Formulate hiring plans, coordinating with the leadership team and department heads and provide talent recruitment solutions with zero friction
Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the recruiting team and ensure the team is aligned with the growth vision and talent acquisition goals of the company
Be a problem solver.
Utilize multiple strategies to break hold-ups in recruitment using headhunting skills, industry knowledge, internal contacts, social media etc.
Take Employer branding initiatives and expand Ufaber's social media outreach to attract diverse talent and increase interviews to joining ratios.
