Duties and Responsibility 01. To Prepare Offer to End Customer Through Available Soft Ware 02. To Interface with Internal Sales Team for cummulating the Enquiry from the Customer and to Prepare Offer to Induvidual end customers 03.

Conduct weekly review meeting with sales team to know the status of submitted offer 04. Weekly presentation of customer enquiry receipt and customer order intake 05.

Maintain proper customer enquiry tracking sheet and as well offers submitte to customers 06. Ability to understand the Product knowledge, costing and later involement in offer preparation 07.

Should know Tally, Other ERP System, Website Surfing, Excel Sheet, Word , Power Point Presentation and complete MS Office 08.

Handling govt Tendering therein involvement of key search of Product category identifing the project and itimating the management 09.

All required records for participation in online Govt Tendering should be maintained by the candidate and on time submission of offer is mandatory 10.

Experience in maintaining customer offers, customer Purchase Order both soft and Hard copy , all other necessary documents is mandatory Job Location Chennai Experience (Years) 2-4 Years
