Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales across existing acquired customers
  • Run promotional campaigns across customers
  • Solve customer queries via online chat, facebook channels, customer support team
  • Run a small team of inside sales to approach the customers for repeat purchases
  • Coordinate with Underwriting and data team to manage and maintain a list of customers
  • Recruit and manage a team of support for increasing sales with existing customers
  • Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience in an any e-commerce company
