  • Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions;
  • responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).

  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and developing quotes and proposals; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and conferences.
  • Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Contacting potential clients via networking, cold calling, B2B, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration.

  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Experience and Skills

  • Self-starter, mentally tough and requiring minimum supervision
  • Organised and process driven work style
  • Ability and willingness to contribute at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Should be hardworking and a go-getter
  • Need to proactively work across time zones to drive sales.
  • Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience : 2 - 6 years in Business Development Manager( Required )
  • Graduation : Any Degree( Required )
  • Proficient in English( Required )
