We support more than 1.5 million people across thousands of customers spanning 180+ countries around the globe. The Partner Marketing Specialist will effectively liaison with internal and external stakeholders to scale our global partnerships and marketplaces program.
The role will be responsible for devising successful strategies to identify, onboard and educate channel partners and resellers to market Replicon solutions.
A successful Partner Marketing Specialist should be able to drive and improve our existing channel partner / Marketplace relationships to achieve and maximize pipeline and revenue goals.
In addition to ensuring that our existing channel partners and Marketplace relationships are set up for success, the Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and unlocking newer partner acquisition channels, establish win-win relationships and educate partners on Replicon offerings to be able to achieve shared success.
The role demands keen business acumen and extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders from engineering, legal, sales and product marketing teams.
The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

2+ years of experience in successfully managing channel partner and marketplaces relationships for B2B SaaS product companies.
Good understanding of different channel partnership models reseller, marketplaces, affiliates etc.
Ability to repurpose and write compelling marketing content for partners.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, creative and willing to take on challenges in an agile business.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams, both internal and external including sales, data analysts, partners etc.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Manage all aspects of partner lifecycle, involving identification and initiation of new partners, optimization of marketplace listings, sales enablement for partner sales reps, tracking performances and reporting.
Responsible for generating leads and pipelines through partnership / marketplaces channels and ensuring that the channel targets are fulfilled.
Periodically review marketplace listings for content optimization and lead generation strategies.
Coordinate with multifunctional internal teams, including engineering, sales, content development and data analysts to drive partners / marketplace strategies to success.
Set up our partners for success through sales enablement efforts like collateral building, presentation decks, arranging for product demo and support.
Work closely with the partner sales team to strengthen partnerships and go-to-market execution.
