EOS is looking for an Audio-Visual Account Manager to generate new business through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

You will be responsible for client development, identifying market opportunities, engaging new clients and increasing revenue from existing clients.

You will identify client needs and budget requirements and be the first point of contact for the client on all aspects of the account and will partner with the client before, during and after the sale to ensure a quality customer experience.


  • Identify opportunities with new and existing customers within AV settings - videoconferencing, meeting room spaces, enterprise technologies etc
  • Work with a range of departments to provide AV Solutions design, project management, Procurement etc
  • Support our clients in improving productivity and profitability by having thorough knowledge on our company and technology partner’s products and their solutions.
  • Maintaining existing accounts and establishing new Key Accounts with clients
  • Liaising with the sales / marketing teams to generate new ideas and drive inbound enquiries
  • Identify customer’s operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns.
  • Understand our capabilities and expertise and provide strategic technical solutions to clients

  • Ensure absolute visibility and control over all account projects
  • Provide leadership and development to the wider team
  • Provide excellent audiovisual services and support to clients, while personally managing key customer relationships to ensure exemplary service.
  • Collaborate with employees and leads to recommend and implement solutions that meet identified business needs; proactively explore emerging technologies that might benefits our clients.
  • Partner with senior management to implement overall audiovisual strategies and processes.
  • Guide the wider team in reviewing and defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and estimates.
  • Communicate general project expectations to team members and clients as required.

  • Minimum of 5+ years Audio Visual technical experience
  • Knowledge of audio visual (AV) technology, products and solutions
  • Experience in AV, Broadcast, Videoconferencing, IT, and / or Network sales preferred will consider strong B2B selling experience
  • Capable of demonstrating the ability to understand customer issues and requirements and align those needs to the design of a compelling, competitive solution.
  • This will include a good level of technical understanding

  • Excellent presentation skills on a one to one and group basis.
  • Computer literate good experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to successfully manage many simultaneous work items of changing priority, strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts.
  • Must have good business acumen and commercial understanding of business profitability.
