Requirements :

  • Lead solution design, system configuration, testing, and delivery of best in class capabilities related to the Digital Core program supporting various SAP Financial modules
  • Design IT solutions for Enterprise scale supporting Procurement business processes in alignment with the company’s strategic vision
  • Document, Design, Support & Enable business transformation requirements for enterprise scale and standards, determining and designing appropriate solutions, configuring, and building the SAP solutions, developing enhancement specifications and testing, training, deploying, and supporting the delivered solutions.
  • Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)

  • Responsible for solving complex problems; design, configure, test, and implement solutions for SAP Financial Business Processes (SAP GL, Assets and Procure to Pay, Audit, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)
  • Hands on SAP Configuration experience with considerations for Enterprise Master Data structures, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Listing & Exclusions
  • Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects.
  • Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams etc.
  • Prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support
  • Advises business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.
  • Desired Skills / Expertise

  • Minimum of 7 years configuration experience in SAP Financials
  • SAP S / 4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next generation business transformation implementation
  • Participated in three or more full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on business transformation
  • In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash business processes with cross functional integration knowledge
  • Experience in creating / reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage projects and teams
  • Collaborate across business and IT disciplines to achieve successful implementations in a global context
  • Ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones
  • Able to manage independently all phases of a significant project or initiative
