Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE) is an institution for youth employability, employment and entrepreneurship, set up under The / Nudge Foundation .
We are India's first think & do tank , in the field of skill development, established to focus on the ecosystem issues at a national level through the key levers of research, innovation, collaboration and impactful on-ground practice.

What we are looking for? :
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, collegial, and highly effective leader to join us.
Apply if you are...
a professional with 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing sales / business development with progressively increasing responsibility
a target-driven high-performer with a history of exceeding expectations
a graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred
At The / Nudge, you will
be responsible for the strategic roadmap for customer acquisition which will include but not limited to selection of state, admissions model, appropriate channels, team structure and criteria for student selection
build and lead by example a team of on the ground salesforce that works in underprivileged / backward communities in urban / rural areas
be responsible for onboarding and engagement channel partners for gurukul admissions
be responsible for recruitment, training, performance management and retention of staff
be accountable for efficiency and effectiveness of student admissions to Gurukul
be directly accountable for the capacity utilization (own targets) of our Gurukuls
build and maintain active working relationships with government district administrations, gram panchayats and media to quote a few
You need to come with
a strong desire to make a difference in the not-for-profit sector
a demonstrated experience in being a hands-on leader who has built / managed sales team and has a proven track record of exceeding consistently on targets
willingness to travel extensively (within India) and a high problem-solving ability
a high degree of ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
proficiency in Kannada and / or Hindi
excellent organisational and time management skills
