We are currently looking for a Business Manager Media Planning to join us. In this role we are seeking a best in class candidate who is an expert in media planning, tools and services to deliver plans across TV, Radio, OOH and print, oversee execution of all broadcast activations, manage commercial commitments with media owners in close cohesion with the activation lead and Colgate

In three months :
You would have complete knowledge of relevant categories
You would have understanding of WM Redfuse functions and operating processes
You would have understanding of managing media business with end to end campaign management
You would have been able to understand the client working style and deliver on their day to day requirements and start building relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline
Complete hold on client requirements on monthly plans
In six months :
You would have worked on all brands and take complete ownership of the same in monthly media plans and other planning requirement across TV, Print, Radio.
Coordinate for Integrations with RedFuse Internal team and Client for execution
You would have developed a good client relationship
In 12 months :
You will need to independently work on client requirements
You will need to train and mentor new joinees
You will have accountability on post evals of all media plans
Responsibilities of the role :
Manage and create monthly TV plans for all Brands
Radio & Print plan execution
Ensure that deliverables are sent as per agreed timelines
Ensure data management to and from the buying team and the client
Ownership of everyday work with end to end campaign management
Working and guiding team on media plans for all Colgate brand
Manage output and deliverables from the planning team
Manage relationship with the client and the buying team
Implementing Integrations and coordinating with all teams
Meet Channels / Publication / Aggregator’s and identify opportunities for brands
What you will need :
4+ years of Experience working on a large client
Understanding of BARC, IRS and fluency on operating the same on Planning and Buying Modules
Proactive nature and interaction between internal and external stakeholders
Good communication & analytical skills
Demonstrating process orientation and ensuring KPIs are monitored and delivered
In-depth knowledge of all industry tools
Ability to collaborate and work with specialists in other functions
Good team member who contributes positively to the overall success of the agency.
