Sales ExecutiveHis job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for -training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency.Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.
Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
