Senior Project Coordinator - EdCast (Mumbai, India)

The role holder will be responsible for compliance with regard to e-commerce rules and ensuring financials for the marketplace are in-line with the policies and business requirements.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Exceptional professional presence and business acumen.

Graduate from a well-known institute.

Ability to multi-task.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach.

Ability to work in an aggressive and fast-moving environment where key objectives need to be met on pre-agreed timescales

Implement Gainsight features for tracking the customer health index.

Design and publish business critical NPS framework via Gainsight.

Capture business requirements and prepare a project plan for effective tracking of the delivery.

Keep the projects on schedule by managing the expectations and deadlines.

Report out NPS, Health Score, Risks, CTA, etc via CS dashboard in Gainsight.

You’ve got what it takes if you have

Year of experience : 5 to 12 years

Certified Gainsight Administrator.

Working knowledge of Salesforce ticketing system.

Working knowledge of Project Management application.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Excellent communications skills in English
