RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Performs a wide variety of word processing and data entry assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature; requires operating a personal computer utilizing MS Office, or other systems to enter and maintain data.
  • Preparation of reports, database entries, etc.
  • Type 35 wpm or more.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experince : 6 months and above. Freshers with good typing speed and knowledge of MS office can also apply
  • Office equipment : knowledge of general office equipment - personal computer, printers
  • Proofreading skills : ability to verify and compare data; knowledge of grammar, including spelling, use of words and syntax;
  • Communication skills : excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills : Microsoft office suite applications, including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Database or online website data support experience preferred.
  • Time management & organizational skills : flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments; ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • ability to multi- task.

  • Behavior : remain engaged, proactive and positive even in tough circumstances.
  • Education : Any graduate or High School passed
  • Dependable work history
  • You should ideally be Internet Savvy.
