Roles & Responsibilities
Strong knowledge to support and maintain Hyland OnBase Solution.
Strong knowledge to support and maintain Salesforce SalesCloud Solution.
Ability to work on most phases of applications systems analysis, and must maintain a technical skill set for software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, etc.
Ability to respond to system failures and performance events by taking appropriate measures to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems.
Ability to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research to design, develop, test, modify, or integrate moderately complex information systems.
Ability to devise or modify application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements including capacity, operating time, response time, and form of desired results.
Ability to design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts.
Ability to oversee applications analysis and impact analysis of new or different applications, processes or changes.
Ability to support multiple applications such as Hyland OnBase, Salesforce SalesCloud, Freshservice, Everbridge, Solarwinds, etc.
Ability to monitor application for compliance to IT standards and policies
Ability to create functional design documents and other relevant documents for end users.
Ability to manage Move-IT tool for secure file transfer.
Strong understanding of the impact of applications on business processes; and the integration / relationships between and among organizational applications.
Competency in analysis and problems solving principles with emphasis in user relations, data gathering techniques and management information applications
Ability to design, code, test, debug and document programs, subroutines, and scripts
Ability to develop technical specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware / software configurations and application integration.
Ability to provide training assistance for user, applications programming team and other staff
Knowledge of applications security and control procedures
Knowledge of all phases of project development life cycle
Attention to detail and critical thinking.
Excellent verbal / written communication skills and be a good team player.
OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) certified
OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE) Certified
Ability to manage development of applications and Information Systems
