The Consumer and Marketing Technologies Department is the IT Engine that delivers robust solutions to Kimberly-Clark’s marketing teams by working with the appropriate internal and external resources including vendor partners.

TheSFMCdeveloper is responsible fordesign and developmentof our evolving CRM requirements using SalesforceSFMCfor regional and globalrequirementsthat drive consumer engagement for Kimberly Clark.
Carry out the development / implementation ofSFMCCRM projects adhering to the development standards and best practices, committing to the agreed timelines, and ensuring quality metrics are met.
Engage with all development teams on compliance to development standardsofSFMC delivery.
Creating data migration and integration mappings.
Participate in the implementation of new technology platform / capabilities, including performing code walkthroughs / review to ensure digital developments are compliant to the standards and security guidelines.
Participate inSFMC supportinitiatives ,track support issues, perform root-cause analysis of application related incidents and document the findings,perform root-cause analysis of application related incidents and document the findings.
Prepare technical and other documents relatedtothe digital solution as required
Support Digital Producers in technical discussions, reviews of technical documentation, etc.

Skills / Experience Required
ABachelors of Computer Scienceor a related field is required
4-5years of continuous experience developing and building digital solutions / internet-based applications used by consumers.
At least 3 years of working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a must; exposure to other Salesforce cloud platformsis a plus
Proficient in development, customizations on Salesforce cloud platform using APEX, Visual Force
Proficient in Marketing cloud connector and Integration with service cloud Integration with external systems and knowledge of DMP and data integration is key
Programming skills in.Net(C# orVB.Net), WAP, Web services, SQL Server is desirable
Integration knowhow in developing and using API’s (SOAP / REST) is a plus
Experienceworking withvirtual teams, which work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, including infrastructure and Security teams, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
Exhibits creative thinking to develop inventive solutions to solve business challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English is mandatory.
