  • Critical Responsibilities :

  • Analysis of the customer complaint Data, coordinate with stake holders for POA Study the VOC (voice of customer) and do RCA of the product Listening to calls to deep dive in specific products to understand RCA Making calls to customers and take first hand information about the complaints Analysis of the product damage & probable reasons Coordinating with vendors, merchandising for implementation of POA to reduce returns Preparing report & sharing inputs for improvements.
  • Creating FAQ for products with help of QA team

    Experience :

  • Having experience in analysis of complaints of products in category like apparels, sarees & Electronics, home & kitchen, Health, cosmetics, etc Person having experience from similar industry or retail industry
  • Additional comments :

  • Innovative, ability to solve problems on hand, create novel solutions to problems, evaluate new technology as potential solutions to existing problems
