  • To plan, strategize and direct the Sales function to ensure achievement of monthly / annual sales and revenue budget against the annual business plan.
  • Leading price negotiations with clients and establishing excellent working relationships with them. - Adopting feasible sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client / product through consistent market research.
  • Work as a business strategist to contribute in the expansion of the GreatValue Group. -Complete ownership of system / procedure / control / lead management.
  • Formulate appropriate sales strategies for the o-ngoing and upcoming projects. -Lead and motivate the team of sales and other support staff to increase sales, conduct regular meetings with sales team to discuss status.
  • Manage Channel sales and Broker network,acquire new channel partners. -Prepare quarterly budgets and cash flows as per business plans periodically.
  • Strategy & execution of sales transactions for the residential real estate vertical. -Assure the filing of all legal and regulatory documents, monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
