Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a RPA Tester to be responsible for overseeing the quality of calls and customer service delivery.

Keep management updated : Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
Impact the bottom line : Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and / or keen observations
Define Sutherland’s reputation : Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction;
provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
Strengthen relationships : Establish and maintain communication with clients and / or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
Take the lead : Monitor calls / chats / e-mails as per defined sample plan and targets; report out any ZT cases and take necessary action;
perform RCA and take corrective actions for defects identified during monitoring; drive quality awareness and improvement initiatives across program
To succeed in this position, you must :
1+ Years of Experience in Manual or Automation Testing.
Healthcare Domain Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management
Experience in Test Data preparation, Writing & Executing Test cases and Documenting Test results.
Experience in Bug reporting, reviewing, and verifying.
Experience in Web Testing, System testing, GUI Testing, Functionality Testing, Regression Testing and Browser Compatibility Testing.
Good interpersonal skills, committed, result oriented and zeal to learn new technologies.
Responsible for testing documentation on reviews & walk-through, including Test plans, Test cases, Test Result Document, and issue resolution meetings, as required.
Functional Domain : Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
Process : Having good exposure to Agile Scrum methodology and was part of Daily Scrum call, Sprint planning and Sprint Retrospective calls.
Technical Expertise : UI Path, VB Script, LINQ, SQL Server & TFS.
