Job Description : Business Development Manager / Hunting Manager is accountable for new business development and revenue from new clients through direct sales from Manufacturing clients.
Support in proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals. Drive increase in deal signing margins through consultative selling, single source deals and coordinating sales strategy.
Desired Profile : Must be Engineer & MBA with 10 - 15 years experience in hunting / business development / sales from System Integrator companies.
Must have exposure to selling experience to manufacturing clients.
