Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Understand customer requirement / profile from requirement / design document.
2. Write the script / storyboard based on defined requirements.
3. Write all test items and supporting documents like glossary / online reference etc mapping with learning objectives stated in content outline.
4. Integrate / construct course based on defined requirements.
5. Fix errors reported during the review or by Test Center.
6. Adherence to and compliance with Project / organization processes and standards.
Technical Skills :
1. MS office Microsoft Excel (Advanced) : MS PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
