Responsibilities :

  • Lead the team and ensure seamless delivery
  • Establish seamless connect with client engineering teams for quick problem resolution
  • Maintain cordial customer relationship and serve as the escalation point of contact
  • Ensure strict compliance to SLAs
  • Track allocation of tasks to associates as per client needs
  • Monitor and streamline escalations to L3 teams
  • Track milestones and report to client
  • Hire the right kind of resources, maintain team resource pyramid and keep attrition under control
  • Flexible to work across US / EU / India time zones
  • Assist in new projects planning, resourcing and ramp-up .
