You'll be part of a team which is responsible for speaking to all the leads which come into the system and aid the Sales team.
Pre-sales team closely works with the Sales team by qualifying leads. Since the team is under the umbrella of Customer happiness, you have a lot of scopes to learn not just better pitching, but how to speak to customers effectively.
This internship will help you groom your speaking skills, understanding customer requirements, detailing and passing on leads to the Sales team who could then potentially convert a client.
Apart from calling, you are also exposed to our web chat feature. You can always tap yourself on the shoulder when a client converts as you were the one who got them on board.
Soft Skills :
Should be able to understand and appreciate that chaos / randomisation is the only constant at a startup.
Should be a passionate self-starter; ready to get their hands dirty
Should envision and manage the growth of tech vertical to complement business growth
Should have clarity in thought and articulation.
Prior experience of high energy and intense environments - would be a plus
Technical Skills :
Prior outbound experience - would be an added plus
Customer service experience in the Travel industry - would be an added plus
Proficiency in excel across pivot and basic functions - would be an added plus
Working knowledge of Cloud applications like Google sheets, Doc and Drive
