As a member of the HR Solutions team, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of core operational HR services such as benefits, payroll, HR compliance, data analysis, time & attendance, leave management, audits, worker’s compensation and employee health & safety etc and ensuring HR Operational Compliance within India.
Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements within Country, this may involve working with legal resources and / or external consultants to interpret and implement complex / ambiguous policies.
