Lead and drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process as the central role holder, co-ordinating with the leadership teams of the commercial business and supply chains
Liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams on identifying market opportunities and risks and partnering with the business stakeholders on deriving appropriate mitigation plans in response
Drive decision making and escalations in the S&OP process by coordination with key stakeholders & ensure forecast KPI’s are delivered.
Responsible for conducting the Pre Demand Review Meeting, Demand Review Meeting and active participant in the Activity planning, New product review & Supply review Meeting with Local Supply Sites.
Preparation of Primary and Secondary sales performance through ERP system access and assisting in analysis of brand / sales performance as required
Working with the supply chain planners and customer service & logistics team on the timely availability of stocks at distribution centres for commercial invoicing
Providing inputs to the regional Demand / Supply Teams on the Sri Lanka market performance and partnering with them for continuous improvement in the Sales and Operational Planning Process
Monthly report of supply chain KPI’s into GMS systems and circulate to above country as part of the KPI monitoring process.
Work closely with finance team in finalising revenue plans & volumes to facilitate integrated view for the business.
Derive supply plan for imported finished goods and facilitate optimize inventory management and assist end to end customer service for export business.
Degree in Business Management / Statistics / Engineering from a recognised University is a must and an MBA would be an added qualification.
Experience in a Senior Management role, acting as a direct liaison person with the commercial and supply chain leadership teams on Demand Planning and business planning operations would be an added advantage
Working knowledge on ERP / SAP environment would be an added advantage.
