  • Hiring for the Area Sales Officers in Multiple locations in Haryana for Construction industry Designation;-Area Sales Officer Salary-Upto 23 K per month experience-1-2 Years Location-Ambala, Panchkula, Kurushetra, Yamuna Nagar, Kaitha ,Jhajjar, Mahendargarh, Rohtak, Rewari Karnaal, Panipat based (GT belt) Qualification- Graduate jd- Name of Role Holder Department Sales and Marketing Reports to Business Manager Structura (Pipe) Sales Job Objective To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan;
  • implement initiatives at the dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field Primary Responsibilities 1.

  • Sales Understand the geography-wise sales plans for from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP);
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers Ensure dealer development and motivation towards sales and generation of adequate sales funnel;
  • promote new products / SKUs as planned Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers Build consumer / influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers;
  • Guide dealer ASEs as applicable) Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior Drive exclusivity of dealers as applicable Maintain regular coordination with In-charge MIS to ensure on-time order fulfilment Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfillment periodically Submit all required reports / MIS / competitor profiles on time.

    2. Sales Promotion Implement all meets, PPA / schemes & initiatives for dealers, influencers & consumers as per plans Monitor & ensure effective implementation of all initiatives (RCP / Tally etc.

    at the dealer outlet 3. Self Development Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working 4.

    Initiatives Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processes *Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior Key Interface Internal In-charge MIS / CCE
