As a member of the team, you have a direct impact on design and feature enhancements to keep our systems running smoothly.

You also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues.

As an Enterprise Network Operations Manager, you'll work to meet our network availability goals, respond to outages and challenges in real time and drive efficiencies through process, skills and tools development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of talented network engineers and drive improvements in key operations performance indicators.
  • Identify metrics and KPIs to measure NOC performance to provide periodic reporting to the management team.
  • Collaborate with leadership across various disciplines, initiates and influences relationships with and between key stakeholders involved;
  • act as a point of contact for stakeholders, planners, designers, and operational business partners.

  • Drive service improvements through continuous process, people and tools development.
  • Handle network and customer escalations and drive problem resolution.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in supporting enterprise networks
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • ITIL / ITSM certification.
  • Coding experience in either Python or Go.
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP fundamentals and commonly-used routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
  • Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN).
